PENGARUH LAMA PELEMBABAN PRAPENGUSANGAN CEPAT DENGAN UAP JENUH ETANOL PADA VIABILITAS BENIH DUA VARIETAS KEDELAI (Glycine max [L.] Merr.)

چکیده

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas lama pelembaban benih prapenderaan dengan uap jenuh etanol dalam upaya pengusangan cepat kedelai varietas Argomulyo dan Dena-1. Perlakuan penelitian adalah waktu kertas merang basah yang berbeda yaitu (0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 jam), masing-masing tiga ulangan. Benih telah dilembabkan diberi perlakuan penuaan dipercepat menempatkannya kotak rapat berisi selama 40 menit kemudian dikecambahkan menggunakan metode uji digulung. Data hasil dianalisis regresi t-student pada taraf 5%. makin antara 0-24 jam mengalami menunjukkan viabilitas rendah. Laju penurunan Dena-1 tidak berbeda, baik ditunjukkan oleh persentase kecambah nornal total, kecepatan perkecambahan benih, mati.
